After months of courtroom drama and much speculation about her parenting abilities, Britney Spears was ordered Monday to surrender custody of her two children to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. Britney must hand over custody of her sons to K - Fed this week "until further order of the court," a judge ruled Monday after a closed-door hearing.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that Federline will take custody of 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James beginning Wednesday.

Spears, seen here after the famous no car seat issue, when Britney drove away with her 3 month old sitting in her lap.
This is the latest development in the ongoing battle between Spears and Federline over the well-being of their children. In September, Gordon ordered Spears to meet with a parenting coach who was supposed to observe and report back to the court about her fitness as a parent. He said that both she and Federline had to complete the court's Parenting Without Conflict class. The judge also ordered Spears to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week, because she was engaging in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."
At this point with what's going on in Brittney's life the best thing for is to take a step back and realize that if she isn't in control of her life that she has no buisness with those children. Who in their right minds would have thought that Kevin Federline would turn out to be the more stable of the two, but that looks the way right now.
Though not a funny situation at all, we still can't stop laughing when we see this classic K-Fed Video.
Let's hope Britney can get her act together and get her life back in order. She sure has a long way to go... Do you think Britney is going to make a comeback?
