Replace those sugary soft drinks with water. Water does not contain any calories; unlike soft drinks, that are jam packed with calories, water is not going to increase your weight. You can imagine what can be achieved by
replacing all that with water. Make it a habit - whenever you go to a fast food joint or a restaurant, ask for water instead of a pop. Another great tip is to have a large glass of water before each meal; it will suppress your appetite.
2. Water Keeps Your Skin in Good Condition
Drinking water can hydrate and clear up your skin. It won't happen overnight, but just a week of drinking a healthy amount of water can have good effects on your skin.

Water serves as a medium to carry wastes away from your body - this is accomplished in the form of urine and sweat. This is one of the most important functions of water in our body (although not very highly appreciated often in daily life). Understand that our body is composed of about 70% water!
