It's that time of the year again and Glamour magazine releases their annual best-dressed list. This year's winner: British Supermodel and my hero Kate Moss [IMG].

She replaces Kylie Minogue, who was crowened best-dressed by the fashion magazine in 2007. Second to Moss was Sienna Miller, followed by U.S. actresses Scarlett Johansson, Rachel Bilson and Jennifer Aniston in third, fourth and fifth places respectively.

"Kate's back with a vengeance," said Jo Elvin, editor of Glamour, of the poll decided by Glamour readers. "Her maverick approach to fashion is an inspiration and shows us all how to be a little more daring and experimental."

Speaking of Kate..she also recently splashed out more than a whopping $190,000 on her own wedding ring.

It's been rummored that Moss had gotten engaged to boyfriend Jamie Hince. Now she's treated herself to a diamond and platinum band based on the Egyptian symbol of long life from London's exclusive Garrard jewellers, reports Showbizspy.com.
