How Sad!? The love of my life... Kate Moss, that is... has been replaced as the high-profile face of make-up giant Rimmel by English pop singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

Ellis-Bextor, 29, was signed to the contract after Rimmel decided to get a younger woman than 34-year-old Kate to promote their cosmetics range, reports the Sunday Mirror.

A source says, "Kate Moss has been fantastic but Rimmel wanted a new, fresh face. Sophie was the obvious choice.
"She is sexy and savvy with flawless skin and bags of attitude. She's admired by young girls, she's also a yummy mummy and men think she's gorgeous."

Sophie... you are gorgeous... but I still love you Kate! You're never too old!
