New York talent Frank Ciccolo and Nick Dubanos auditioned for a booked roles in the independent short thriller, "Travail". Travail is about famous hip hop artist (Lady Lover) who proposes to his long time girlfriend (Emily).
Despite the controversy of there interracial relationship and his publicly known promiscuous lifestyle, his proposal is accepted on one condition, no more cheating.
After Lady Lover has one more moment of lust and infidelity with a fan (Heather) before tying the knot, he finds himself caught up in a life threatening situation when he is held hostage by Heather's extremist, racist father (Mr. Herman).
Detective (Alan Wentworth) searches for the disappearance of Lady Lover while a series of random events leads to a climatic and deadly ending, teaching men that sometimes cheating is not worth it. The actors will receive a coy of the film and a credit as well.
