10 of our Chicago talent have been requested to audition for the film "I'll Be Home for Christmas". The film follows two brothers whom are left home with their grandfather, of whom they do not know. Struggling with the absence of their sick mother, the three are forced to come together, and set up the house awaiting the mothers arrival, not knowing if she will come home. Along the way, they not only learn much about each other, but also about themselves.

The talent auditioned last week for the project. Casting directors are looking to fill four principal roles for the project. Filming is expected to begin in the next few weeks. Good luck to all of our talent who made it out to the auditions.

The producers of a Documentary requested 18 of our Detroit talent to audition for a behind the scenes shot during an interview. The casting was in search of a female actress to serve as a host during the behind the scenes crew interviews. 9 of our Los Angeles talent were booked for a pool party scene for the feature film "Saving Little Italy". The film stars "The Sopranos" and "Casino" actor Vinny Vella and Rich Rossi.

The film is a light hearted comedy about the shrinking size of the historical area in New York City known as Little Italy. It's a story about two men who persuade the actor Vinny Vella to leave the comfort of his Los Angeles digs and come back to his childhood streets where for decades, due to his celebrity, he has been the honorary (albeit absentee) Mayor. They look to Mr. Vella to come back and unite the people to figure out a way to save their little piece of Manhattan from vanishing under the expansion of Chinese businesses into the neighborhood. As the clock ticks down they'll eventually save the Mesa Luna and their beloved community, but more importantly realize the true culprit isn't the Chinese, but the failure of themselves over the years to support local business and allowing this to happen. With a new found respect for community, everyone pledges their support to local business, but more improtantly to preserving their heritage and living harmoniously with their eastern neigbors to the south of them. Although they would prefer if they were just a little bit further south.

Above is a picture of Matilda Dahlin and Tiziana Rallo, two of our talent, with some familiar faces, actor Stanley Griego and Vinny Vella. Greigo Talent Management is one of the clients that booked our LA talent for the film. All of the talent involved had a great time on set!

A congratulations is in order to Bryce Dallas Howard and her hubby Seth Gabel. They welcomed a daughter this past Thursday! If the name doesn't ring a bell, it should! Bryce is the daughter of famous film director Ron Howard, responsible for films such as "The Dilemma", "The Da Vinci Code", "Cinderella Man", "A Beautiful Mind", and "Apollo 13".

The Academy Award winner and proud grandfather tweeted:

"Beatrice Jean Howard-Gabel Born Jan 19 2012 8lbs 6oz Bryce & Baby B are spectacular Daddy Seth & brother Theo are beaming ear to ear :-)"

This is the second child for the couple, they have a 4 and ½ year old son as well.

The casting directors of the film "The Unveiling" requested to audition with our Chicago talent Quintin G and Alissa A. The film is about a college students life that take a forebonding turn when a childhood fear emerges, leading her to an unsettling discovery. The film is written and directed by Janel Montfort.

Auditions took place this past weekend and the film is currently set to shoot in February and March.

Good luck to Quintin and Alissa! We will let you know if they get booked!

This gritty slasher film depicts the touchy topic of College sorority and fraternity 'Hazing'. The main character Kate tries to pledge to a sorority as she is faced with a mistake from her past that caused trauma in her life years ago. The film takes a psychological horror twist when the sorority sisters come after Kate and torture her and the other girls. As Kate becomes a victim of the hazing she turns to her friends Tyler and Hailey for support. The deeper Kate gets into the initiation of the sorority she realizes that these are not your typical hazing pranks. The twists and turns and darkness that lies within the sorority girls is exposed by a cycle of jealousy, revenge, and a very twisted perception of reality.

Casting directors of this Indie Horror Film requested to audition with 3 of our our Chicago talent between the ages of 10 and 25 years old for principal and supporting acting roles. Good luck to our talent!

8 of our Los Angeles talent were booked as extras on the upcoming Mischa Barton Film "Vanished". The story follows Sophia, who is severely depressed after the death of both her parents within six months. Convinced that the afterlife is mere oblivion, and that this life is meaningless, she retreats within herself, only to be drawn out of her depressive funk by an unexpected romance with a man named Adam. After Adam disappears mysteriously into the depths of a haunted apartment building, Sophia vows to pursue him, even if it means walking over the threshold into the realm of death.

Our talent were on the set of "The OC" actress Mischa Barton's film last week, and more talent will be a part of the film this week!

8 of our Chicago talent have been requested to audition for the film "Visiting the Museum". The film is about two best friends who visit a museum for a homework assignment on Egyptology, but the boys' mischief causes an event neither one could have ever imagined. Their current project, which is being Directed by Nikola Stojkovic, will empower young student filmmakers and actors with a "hands-on" real film project.

This project is being done in collaboration with filmmakers from Columbia College Chicago and 'on the ground logistics' provided by the University of Chicago!

20 of our Los Angeles teens were on the set of the feature film "Secret Lives of Dorks"! They may sound familiar as several months ago we had a lot of our talent on the set. The film is being done by Jim Belushi and Oscar Nominated Producer Steven Wolf (for 500 days of summer). The talent were back on the set for some pick up shots that was needed to be done for the film. According to IMDB, the film is about Samantha (a dorkette) is in love with Payton (a dork) who is in love with Carrie (a cheerleader),who dates Clark (the football captain).

When Clark seeks out Payton for secret comic book lessons, Payton sees his chance to be with Carrie. But Carrie's more interested in setting Payton up with Samantha. High School's complicated, huh? And what's Clark's secret? Look for the film this year.
