Matt Damon and Michael Douglas have teamed up to tell the story of Liberace. The film is being done for HBO. HBO Films presents BEHIND THE CANDELABRA, starring Academy Award winners Michael Douglas and Matt Damon. The film is being executive produced by Emmy winner Jerry Weintraub and directed by Academy Award winner Steven Soderbergh from a script by Oscar nominee Richard LaGravenese. Before Elvis, before Elton John, Madonna and Lady Gaga, there was Liberace: virtuoso pianist, outrageous entertainer and flamboyant star of stage and television. A name synonymous with showmanship, extravagance and candelabras, he was a world-renowned performer with a flair that endeared him to his audiences and created a loyal fan base spanning his 40-year career. Liberace lived lavishly and embraced a lifestyle of excess both on and off stage. In summer 1977, handsome young stranger Scott Thorson walked into his dressing room and, despite their age difference and seemingly different worlds, the two embarked on a secretive five-year love affair. BEHIND THE CANDELABRA takes a behind-the-scenes look at their tempestuous relationship - from their first meeting backstage at the Las Vegas Hilton to their bitter and public break-up. Matt Damon is certainly one of the most talented actors of our time. From School Ties and The Rainmaker to the film he wrote with fellow actor Ben Affleck, Good Will Hunting that catapulted the two actors to stardom and earned them an Academy Award for Best Writing, Screenplay Written Directly for the Screen. The film is set in Boston and Cambridge, about rebellious 20-year-old MIT janitor Will Hunting (Damon), gifted with a photographic memory, who hangs out with his South Boston bar buddies, his best friend Chuckie (Affleck), and his affluent British girlfriend Skylar (Minnie Driver). After MIT professor Lambeau (Stellan Skarsgard) stumps students with a challenging math formula on a hallway blackboard, Will anonymously leaves the correct solution, prompting Lambeau to track the elusive young genius. As Will's problems with the police escalate, Lambeau offers an out, but with two conditions -- visits to a therapist and weekly math sessions. Will agrees to the latter but refuses to cooperate with a succession of therapists. Lambeau then contacts his former classmate, therapist Sean McGuire (Robin Williams), an instructor at Bunker Hill Community College. Both are equally stubborn, but Will is finally forced to deal with both his past and his future. Robin Williams also won an Oscar for Best Actor in a Supporting Role in the film. The film earned 7 other nominations as well! Damon earned himself a Best Actor in a Leading Role nomination as well as Minnie Driver- Best Actress in a Supporting Role, Gus Van Sant for Best Director, Pietro Scalia for Best Film Editing, Danny Elfman for Best Music, Original Dramatic Score, Ellio Smith for the song Miss Misery Best Song and of the biggest honor of all Best Picture. From Saving Private Ryan, to All the Pretty Horses, The Legend of Bagger Vance, Ocean's Eleven, The Bourne Identity and The Adjustment Bureau to Syriana he always makes great film choices. We suspect this will be no different. The film will premiere on HBO this Sunday, May 26th at 9pm.

There has been a lot of talk of the racy new trailer for the Jennifer Aniston film "We're The Millers" The new film from New Line Cinema comes the action comedy "We're The Millers," starring Jennifer Aniston ("Horrible Bosses") and Jason Sudeikis ("The Campaign"). The film is directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber ("Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story"). David Burke (Sudeikis) is a small-time pot dealer whose clientele includes chefs and soccer moms, but no kids-after all, he has his scruples. So what could go wrong? Plenty. Preferring to keep a low profile for obvious reasons, he learns the hard way that no good deed goes unpunished when he tries to help out some local teens and winds up getting jumped by a trio of gutter punks. Stealing his stash and his cash, they leave him in major debt to his supplier, Brad (Ed Helms). In order to wipe the slate clean-and maintain a clean bill of health-David must now become a big-time drug smuggler by bringing Brad's latest shipment in from Mexico. Twisting the arms of his neighbors, cynical stripper Rose (Aniston) and wannabe customer Kenny (Will Poulter), and the tatted-and-pierced streetwise teen Casey (Emma Roberts), he devises a foolproof plan. One fake wife, two pretend kids and a huge, shiny RV later, the "Millers" are headed south of the border for a Fourth of July weekend that is sure to end with a bang. Rawson Marshall Thurber directs "We're The Millers" from a screenplay by Bob Fisher & Steve Faber ("Wedding Crashers") and Sean Anders & John Morris ("Hot Tub Time Machine"), story by Bob Fisher & Steve Faber. The film also stars Emma Roberts ("The Art of Getting By"), Nick Offerman ("21 Jump Street"), Kathryn Hahn ("The Dictator"), Will Poulter ("The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader") and Ed Helms (the "Hangover" films). Vincent Newman, Tucker Tooley, Happy Walters and Chris Bender are the producers, with David Heyman, J.C. Spink, Marcus Viscidi, Toby Emmerich, Richard Brenner and David Neustadter serving as executive producers.Thurber's behind-the-scenes creative team includes director of photography Barry Peterson ("21 Jump Street"); production designer Clayton Hartley ("The Other Guys"); editor Mike Sale ("The Hangover Part II"); and costume designer Shay Cunliffe ("The Bourne Legacy"). This isn't the first time Aniston and Sudeikis have teamed up for a film. They were both in the 2011 film Horrible Bosses. For Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day), the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses (Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Aniston) into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con (Jamie Foxx), the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers...permanently. There's only one problem: even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them. The film was a success and drove in more than 210 million dollars nationwide! The film "We're The Millers" opens nationwide on August 9, 2013!

Paul Rudd is the star of the one. The film is about an odd couple of sorts, meditative and stern Alvin and his girlfriend's brother, Lance, dopey and insecure, leave the city behind to spend the summer in solitude repainting traffic lines down the center of a country highway ravaged by wildfire. As they sink into their job in the remarkable landscape, they learn more than they want to about each other and their own limitations. An unlikely friendship develops through humor and nasty exchanges, leading to surprising affection. Adapted from Icelandic film Either Way, Prince Avalanche is driven by wonderful performances by Paul Rudd, Emile Hirsch, and Lance LeGault. Writer/director David Gordon Green gets back to his independent roots with this character study, which shows his knack for realistically capturing people and finding meaning in their lives and dreams. With a soundtrack by Explosions in the Sky and David Wingo and gorgeous cinematography by Tim Orr, Prince Avalanche bucks convention by exploring male bonding in a refreshingly genuine way. The film was shot in Texas. Paul's face has become very recognizable over the last few years. It seems the actor pops up in almost every comedy film! Well, since he has appeared in 55 titles and has four currently in production, we guess he has! You may remember him from the 1995 classic Clueless where he played Cher's brother. What you may or may not remember he was in was Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, Romeo and Julie, The Object of My Affection and 200 Cigarettes. Rudd went on to do The Cider House Rules, Two Days and of course Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. Once he hit theaters in The 40 Year Old Virgin it was clear this very talented actor had a knack for comedy. He pulled his role off brilliantly. He went on to play Don with Ben Stiller in Night at the Museum, The Ex and teamed up with director Judd Appatow and Seth Rogan (yet again) in the film Knocked Up. The comedy roles kept on coming for the actor. He appeared in Walk Hard: The Dewy Cox Story, Forgetting Sarah Marshall with Jason Siegel, Role Models, Dinner for Schmucks with his 40 Year Old Virgin co-star Steve Carell and our Idiot Brother. More recently the actor teamed up with Jennifer Aniston to co-star in the comedy Wanderlust and he teamed up with for This is 40 with actress and Judd Appatow's wife Leslie Mann (Mann also played Rudd's wife in Knocked Up and worked with him on The 40 Year Old Virgin) Another fun fact, Leslie and Judd's real daughter played Rudd and Mann's daughter in the film Knocked Up as well as This is 40! Rudd has two more films coming out this year Admission with 30 Rock actress Tina Fey and Almost Christmas. We will soon see him in Anchorman: The Legend Continues as well. It doesn't look like Rudd will be slowing anytime soon and we are just fine with that! You can check him out in Prince Avalanche this summer as film will be in theaters, on demand and on iTunes on August 9th.

The film is about Dr. Ryan Stone (Bullock) who is a medical engineer on her first Space Shuttle mission and is accompanied by veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (Clooney), who is in command of the shuttle flight, due to be his last. During a spacewalk, the space shuttle is destroyed, and Stone and Kowalsky are stranded in space with no communications with Earth. Directed by Alfonso Cuaron (Children of Men), Gravity stars Sandra Bullock as Dr. Ryan Stone, a brilliant medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (George Clooney) in command of his last flight before retiring. Disaster strikes on a seemingly routine spacewalk, and the shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone--tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth...and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space. It's always nice to have a film with two Academy Award winners. Sandra Bullock has been on the scene for a while now and has grown to be one of our favorite actresses. The Virginia native really hit it big back in the 1994 hit Speed. You know, the one with Keanu Reeves where everyone is on a bus and a young cop must prevent a bomb exploding aboard a city bus by keeping its speed above 50 mph. She then went on to do the film While You Were Sleeping, The Net, A Time to Kill, Practical Magic and the Ben Affleck film Forces of Nature. In 2000 she made another unforgettable film Miss Congeniality. The A-list actress didn't stop there, she starred in the films The Lake House, Premonition, The Proposal, All About Steve and of course The Blind Side. The actress won the Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role for her role in the film that was based on the true story Michael Oher, a homeless and traumatized boy who became an All American football player and first round NFL draft pick with the help of a caring woman and her family. The film was also nominated for Best Picture Drama. All in all, she has appeared in 50 projects and we will definitely be seeing more! George Clooney is arguably the most famous bachelor in Hollywood. It doesn't hurt that the man can act too! The actor has won two Academy Awards and been nominated for four others. Just last year he took home the Oscar for Best Motion Picture of the Year (he was a producer on the film) and in 2005 he took home Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for Syriana. He was also nominated for Directing in Good Night, and Good Luck as well as Best Writing, Original Screenplay in the film. In 2008 he was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for Michael Clayton and in 2010 for Up in the Air. In 2012 he was nominated for Best Writing, Adapted Screenplay for The Ides of March (in which the actor also starred in) as well as Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for the heartbreaking film The Descendents. You will get the chance to see these two talented actors together in the film in October.

Everyone's favorite sweetheart is returning to the big screen, this time in the film About Time. Rachel McAdams is teaming up with Domhnall Gleeson for the film. The Irish actor played Bill Weasley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. He also appeared in the 2010 film True Grit. The up and coming actor also was in Joe Wright's Anna Karenina adaptation last year with actress Keira Knightley. About time poses the question, what if you could go back in time and relive any moment in your life, in order to get it right? That's the mind-boggling ability that 21-year old Tim (Domhnall Gleeson) discovers he possesses - thanks to a genetic trait passed down by the men on his father's (Bill Nighy) side - in the new British romantic comedy, About Time. The movie is the new film creation of Oscar-nominated screenwriter and director Richard Curtis. The writer and director previously scripted the British comedy fare like Four Weddings and a Funeral and Bridget Jones's Diary. Before that he turned to directing his own screenplays like the films Love Actually and Pirate Radio. Rachel McAdams (Midnight in Paris) is returning to the sci-fi/romance sub-genre by playing Gleeson's love interest in About Time. You may remember her from The Time Traveler's Wife, a film adaptation. The film starred Eric Bana and was a romantic drama about a Chicago librarian with a gene that causes him to involuntarily time travel, and the complications it creates for his marriage. The supporting cast for Curtis' movie is rounded out by Tom Hollander (Hanna) and Lindsay Duncan (Alice in Wonderland), alongside actors you may not have heard of, Lee Asquith-Coe (Fast & Furious 6) and Margot Robbie (The Wolf of Wall Street). Rachel McAdams first came on the scene in the 2002 comedy film The Hot Chick where she starred along side actor Rob Schneider and Anna Faris. McAdams played an attractive and popular teenager who is mean spirited toward others and she finds herself in the body of an older man and must find a way back to get back to her body. In 2004 she played mean girl Regina George in the Lindsay Lohan film Mean Girls. That would be the last film before she was catapulted to leading lady status when she won over everyone hearts in the film The Notebook. The film was based on the best selling novel from Nicholas Sparks. She lit up the screen with actor Ryan Gosling (who she dated for a few years). The film was about a man (James Garner) who reads from his faded notebook to a woman in a nursing home (Gena Rowlands). The story he tells follows the lives of two North Carolina teens from very different worlds (Ryan Gosling, Rachel McAdams). Though her upbringing takes place in an antebellum mansion and he grew up in the kind of house where musicians jam on the porch, that doesn't stop Noah and Allie from spending one indelible summer together before they are separated, first by her parents and then by WWII. After the soldiers come home, everything is different. Allie is engaged to a successful businessman and Noah lives alone with his memories in a 200-year-old house he lovingly restores. But when Allie sees an article in a local paper about Noah's handiwork, she knows that she's got to find him and make a decision once and for all about the path her life and her love must take. Rachel then began landing several roles in films including Wedding Crashers, The Lucky Ones, Sherlock Holmes, Midnight in Paris and The Vow. You can see her and the rest of the cast in the film About Time on November 1, 2013.

That's right, our favorite cast will be reuniting on the big screen in the sequel to the comedy hit Anchorman The Legend of Ron Burgundy. The second film has been titled Anchorman The Legend Continues. Will Ferrel (Old School, Elf) is Ron Burgundy, a top-rated 1970's San Diego anchorman who believes women have a place in the newsroom - as long as they stick to covering fashion shows or late-breaking cooking stories. So when Ron is told he'll be working with a bright young newswoman (Christina Applegate) who's beautiful, ambitious and smart enough to be more than eye candy, it's not just a clash of two TV people with really great hair - it's war! Filled with wicked wit and slapstick humor, Anchorman was a must-see comedy hit! Anchorman: The Legend Continues, frequently referred to as Anchorman 2, is the sequel to the 2004 comedy Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. This new film will continue the adventures of San Diego's top rated newsman and his crack news team. In Anchorman 2 Ron and the news team will leave their comfortable home of San Diego and head to New York, the holy grail for all newsmen. In an April 2012 interview, director Adam McKay said the script was a work in progress. He stated that the story might include a custody battle and bowling. In a May 2012 interview, he was quoted as saying that nothing was set. The story is moved from San Diego to New York for the movie. Which will stop the famous line from the first film "Stay classy San Diego" but we are sure they will come up with another witty line for New York. The film is scheduled to be released on December, 20, 2013. Director Adam McKay confirmed in February that actress Kristen Wiig joined the cast. Vince Vaughn confirmed that Wes Mantooth would indeed appear in the film, and even hinted at the possible appearance of Wes Mantooth's mother, Dorothy, who was mentioned in the first film. A surprise join to the cast was actor Harrison Ford who we don't see in too many comedy films. The star filled film doesn't stop there, in fact it seems the entire cast are big celebs and A-listers. Also in the film are funny man Jim Carrey, Liam Neeson, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, Kirsten Dunst, Nicole Kidman, James Marsden, Sacha Baron Cohen, John C. Reilly and more! Filming began in March of this year. Filming is reportedly taking place in New Orleans, Louisiana, Atlanta Georgia as well as New York City. We can't wait to see what this hilarious cast and director Adam McKay have in store for us this time!

After their great success on the film Silver Linings Playbook, Bradley Cooper, Robert DeNiro and Jennifer Lawrence are teaming up once again, this time for the film American Hustle. Silver Linings Playbook, which was nominated for an impressive 8 Academy Awards is a film about how life doesn't always go according to plan. Pat Solatano (Bradley Cooper) has lost everything -- his house, his job, and his wife. He now finds himself living back with his mother (Jacki Weaver) and father (Robert DeNiro) after spending eight months is a state institution on a plea bargain. Pat is determined to rebuild his life, remain positive and reunite with his wife, despite the challenging circumstances of their separation. All Pat's parents want is for him to get back on his feet-and to share their family's obsession with the Philadelphia Eagles football team. When Pat meets Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence), a mysterious girl with problems of her own, things get complicated. Tiffany offers to help Pat reconnect with his wife, but only if he'll do something very important for her in return. As their deal plays out, an unexpected bond begins to form between them, and silver linings appear in both of their lives. Lawrence took home the Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role. She did have an embarrassing moment accepting her award with her now infamous trip up the stairs when she fell. The film was also nominated for Best Achievement in Directing David O. Russell (who yes is directing American Hustle as well..Coincidence? We think not), Best Achievement in Film Editing, Best Motion Picture of the Year, Bester Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role - Bradley Cooper, Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role- Jacki Weaver and Best Writing, Adapted Screenplay David O. Russell. If Russell's name sounds familiar, it should, he directed the films I Heart Huckabees, Three Kings and The Fighter. American Hustle is the 1970s-set true story of a con artist and his partner in crime, who were forced to work with a federal agent to turn the tables on other cons, mobsters, and politicians - namely, the volatile mayor of impoverished Camden, New Jersey. Christian Bale was cast in the lead role but he dropped out and was replaced by Bradley Cooper. He later joined the project again in the same role. Cooper now has the role of Jimmy Boyle. The filming came to a halt when terror struck Boston after the Boston Marathon bombings occurred. The city was put on lockdown while authorities searched for the bombing suspects. Cooper visited with victims in local hospitals while on a break from filming. The film is being shot all over Massachusetts including Medford, Boston, Salem and Worcester. The star filled cast includes 4 time Academy Award Nominee Amy Adams, 2 time Academy Award Nominee Jeremy Renner, Michael Pena and comedian Louis C.K. The film is set for a Christmas Day release!

Ryan Reynolds is getting ready to bring the action in the upcoming film R.I.P.D. This time he will team up with The Dude himself, Jeff Bridges for the film.
